Booster Bash donations

Deep Run Vocal Music Boosters will participate in the 2018 Booster Bash in partnership with the Athletic, Band, and Drama booster organizations. This is an outstanding fundraising opportunity for our group and a very fun event for parents. This year's Bash will be held at Atlas 42 in Innsbrook, April 28. Look for updates on ticket sales soon.

In this, our 5th year of participation, we request donations for the raffle and silent auction. "Experience" packages are highly valued. Tickets to sporting events or concerts or use of a vacation home are good examples. We also would love to hear from local businesses that are willing to help sponsor the event in exchange for some advertising. Donors of large items or sponsorship can contact Laura W. or Carolyn R. For those who want prefer to donate to the Choir gift baskets, here are the themes for each of our outstanding musical groups:

Cantate – “A Day at The Spa “– gift cards for manicures/pedicures, facials, massages, etc., as well as, cosmetics, Lush products, wine, chocolate, robe or other relaxation items for a spa day at home.

BV – “Movie Night” –movie theatre gift cards, new dvd’s, candy, popcorn, popcorn bowl, other gift cards from stores that sell movies, snack and sodas.

Sound Steps – “Coffee Break” – monetary donations or gift cards for Target or Walmart to purchase a Keurig machine and coffee supplies, as well as, Starbuck’s gift cards, coffee mugs, travel mugs, etc.

VU – “Off to College” – gift cards (Target, Walmart, Tweed, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bath and Body Works, Amazon, etc.) or college dorm/apartment supplies, such as sheets, towels, laundry basket, detergent, etc.

CB – “White Elephant” – a random collection of nice things, such as, gifts cards, coffee table books, alcohol, snacks of any kind.
